CARLSBAD, Calif.—Channeling vintage aesthetics and an appreciation for the outdoors, SPY and The Herschel Supply Co. have partnered to create two signature goggles—the SPY + Herschel Supply Co. Platoon and SPY + Herschel Supply Co. Marshall—replete with a custom-crafted goggle bag, fashioned in the classic Herschel Supply Co. style.
“We worked closely with the crew at Herschel Supply Co. to create two collaborative goggles that are as technical as they are timeless,” says Brent Sandor, SPY brand manager. “Dreaming up one of the cleanest design details we’ve ever seen—a pop of Herschel Supply Co.’s signature red on the lens groove of the goggle—this frame is visually distinct from anything else out there. They also built a bag that’s as unique as it is functional. Only Jamie [Cormack] and the crew at Herschel Supply Co. would have put this much thought into every aspect.”

“The opportunity to work with SPY came about through a series of close friendships,” says Jamie Cormack of Herschel Supply Co. “We lent the Herschel Supply DNA to all aspects of the collaboration and drew inspiration from chalk bags used in climbing to design a custom fleece-lined goggle bag ideal for additional lens storage.”

Marshall feature SPY-patented anti-fogging Scoop® venting system to battle harsh conditions; 5.5 ARC (Accurate Radius Curve) spherical dual-lens system for optically correct vision; Triple Layer Isotron™ face foam featuring moisture-wicking Dri-Force™ fleece; 100% UV protection and are helmet compatible.
MSRP for the SPY + Herschel Supply Co. Platoon is $160 USD and $180 CAN and features a bronze with silver mirror lens and a free persimmon bonus lens. MSRP for the SPY + Herschel Supply Co. Marshall is $130 USD and $150 CAN and features a bronze with silver mirror lens.
